Requirements for Earning the ASCM Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certificate of Completion

To receive your Certificate of Completion, you must fulfill the following criteria:

In a distance learning format, it may be tempting to step away for local demands or claim scheduling conflicts with important meetings. However, active participation is essential for a meaningful learning experience.

These require advance preparation. You must carefully define your subject, set clear learning objectives, and structure your delivery to ensure an effective and engaging lesson.

These presentations are more than just a requirement; they are opportunities to apply instructional techniques in a structured way. Practicing these short lessons builds confidence and prepares you for real-world teaching scenarios.

Peer review is essential for exchanging feedback and is a valuable skill to apply when working with future learners.

Evaluate and provide constructive feedback for at least 50% of course participants, ensuring a collaborative learning experience.

Understanding learning styles (VARK) is part of the coursework. Completing the necessary readings and reflections in advance enhances class discussions and helps you better tailor your instructional approach.

haring your insights and reflections during TTT is not just a requirement—it’s an opportunity. Engaging in this process encourages you to critically analyze course structure and improve your own training methodology.
