ASCM Applied Instructor Skills
Applied Instructor Skills is the course designed for instructors who want to transform traditional training into a highly valuable experience for learners, maximizing interaction, engagement, and retention.
This edition is offered in a format of four weekly sessions, each lasting 2 hours, conducted entirely online (after work time UTC+2).
- Review TTT and LDI principles
- Enhance traditional lesson plan with learner centered activities
- Practice a 20 mn lesson and receive peer reviews
- Share best practices
- Gain thorough knowledge about the new content and ressources from TTT V6 and the oncoming LDI new release !
The two trainers, Paolo Napoli and Nicolas Vareillas, aim to build a network of instructors interested in developing these skills. For this reason, the course is offered at a special price of €99 to IDP instructors. The course is limited to a maximum of 8 participants.
